RH is seeking a Wine Vault Host to help lead the front-of-house guest experience and champion the development of relationships with our local partners. This vital role will provide world-class customer service to all guests while ensuring a well-organized and functional space.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
• Represent the RH brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism
• Enthusiastically engage every guest who approaches the Wine Vault, eagerly delivering world-class service
• Provide friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting, processing waitlist requests, and seating all Wine Vault guests
• Be knowledgeable of all beverage offerings; be able to explain all beverage items listed on the menu
• Act as our campus liaison for cross-functional partners
• Assist with daily setup and breakdown of the Wine Vault, ensuring the consistent integrity of the physical facility where beverages are served and stored
• Provide feedback on guest comments or complaints to Leadership
• Proactively find ways to maintain Wine Vault cleanliness and efficiency

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of hospitality experience in a luxury setting, preferred
• Experience with POS system
• Articulate, polished, energetic, accountable and team-oriented
• Reliable and responsible
• High emotional intelligence and ability to anticipate guest needs
• Appreciation, knowledge or passion for wine
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of time
