+ Develop controls or metrics to assist in monitoring and evaluating the success of compliance controls.
+ Investigate process controls of medium to high risk to PG&E, may include working with PG&Es Legal team. Prepare and present summary of findings and risk to PG&&E senior executive leaders.
+ Develop strategy , action plans working with Directors Officers Coach stakeholders develop appropriate corrective action plans contain effective solutions prevent recurrence
+ Review failure data make recommendations improve process performance applying broad company industry knowledge Coaches less experienced team members Works effectively matrixed organization directors managers organizations provide expert opinion influence decisions Effectively maneuver complex organizational situations disruption routinely resolving escalations Director-level Vice President-level above May develop refine process determine prioritize processes evaluate regulatory controls Principal Quality Operations Specialist
