Responsible for identification and implementation of product strategies Responsible for the entire lifecycle of a product including development market launch surveillance sales training forecasting for assigned product line in such a way as to ensure that existing and new products meet Company goals and expectations Designs develops and implements product marketing campaigns for assigned product line manages all product marketing activities pursues product line extensions trimming labeling revisions clinical studies to build sustain value maximize earnings Develops high-quality sales collateral efficient customer service processes optimized manufacturing operations to support assigned product line develops monitors sales forecasts works collaboratively with other departments to optimize mix throughout lifecycle both domestically internationally Monitors competitive landscape by regularly reviewing scientific literature competitors offers traveling field personnel attending surgeries meeting stakeholders attending scientific meetings Leads participates on cross-functional teams Collaborates proactively with domestic international Sales ensures quality support new launches existing segments training programs key surgeon account management Establishes maintains relationships designing consulting physicians proctor surgeons Maintains strong market position through highly visible presence public relations at conferences meetings Interfaces fully understand interdependent relationship between portfolios Collaborates MarComm related departments develop creative promotional advertising value-added services maximize revenue involved R&D develop refine products invent solutions best class procedure offerings Maintains frequent regular contact strategic experts trade organizations key surgeons consultants participates meetings conferences relative competition Participates strategic planning identify targets surgeons hospitals specific products Performs duties required.
