    As a sales Manager you will have the opportunity to make a difference with every customer you speak to and Design Consultant you lead YOUR ROLE Provide training and coaching to our current and growing team of Design Consultants in the Roanoke area.

    Organize, schedule, and conduct regularly scheduled sales training meetings. Attend in-home sales appointments to observe the performance of Design Consultants.
    Provide detailed and organized and solution-based feedback to Regional Sales Manager and in field sales manager. Maintain standards utilizing various data-based tools and performance improvement program for Design Consultants who may need it. Assign leads and coordinate scheduling with all Design Consultants under your leadership.

    Prior in-home sales experience is a MUST Prior experience in sales coaching and consultative selling techniques is a MUSAvailability on some weekends.

    Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
    Ability to navigate Microsoft office suite or IOS. Ability to navigate complex CRM and data systems. Authorized to work in the United States.
    Must have reliable transportation.
    Be willing to submit a background check.

    $100,000 - $150,000 a yearThe actual salary assigned will based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, experience, effectiveness, and leadership potential.
