- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including agronomists, researchers, and product developers, to contribute to innovative germination techniques and seed treatment methods.
- Identify and troubleshoot experimental issues, offering suitable solutions to maintain data integrity and reliable results.
- Biology, Chemistry, Horticulture, Environmental Science or any life science related bachelor's degree required
- Background in molecular biology and PCR preferred
