You will collaborate with image reconstruction scientists to design implement, and verify

• Algorithms for image reconstruction, image segmentation, classification, denoising, and enhancement to improve image quality and diagnostic accuracy;
• Techniques in deep learning, signal processing, and optimization to address challenges in medical image reconstruction and analysis;
• Methods to reveal, quantify, and visualize features in 3D ultrasound images;
• Simulations of ultrasound data acquisition and image reconstruction;
• Methods and fixtures to verify image reconstruction results;
• Applications to view 3D ultrasound images;
• Using C++ with CUDA on Linux and C++ on Windows.

Qualifications:

• BS or MS in computer science, electrical engineering, math, physics, or bioengineering
• 10+ years of experience in C/C++ and Python in a Linux environment
• Substantial experience with one or more of: Matlab, Numpy, SciPy, Julia
