Our client seeks a motivated Junior Solution Architect to support the design and implementation of marketing solutions within Adobe Experience Cloud with a focus on Adobe Experience Platform. The role involves hands-on work across AJO, Adobe Target, AEM, Adobe Analytics, CJA, and Data Collection and integrations to enable personalized multichannel marketing.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $55.00 to $59.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and configuring solutions within Adobe Experience Platform, including XDM schema setup, data ingestion, segment creation, and destination activation.
• Support journey orchestration in Adobe Journey Optimizer, including setup of push, in-app modals, and email communications.
• Help implement personalized experiences through Adobe Target, push, and SMS using AEP-driven audiences and profile attributes.
• Collaborate with teams working on AEM to enable content-driven experiences and data capture.
• Contribute to integration efforts with third-party platforms such as mobile apps, CRM, and APIs.
• Participate in QA, testing, and documentation of customer journeys and data flows.
• Work closely with marketing, data, and development teams to align solutions with business goals.

Experience Requirements

• 6+ years of implementation experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, especially Adobe Experience Platform and Journey Optimizer.
• Expertise in deploying, configuring, and optimizing major AEP services and AJO features.
• Ability to understand complex data models, preferably XDM, and align them to marketing campaign objectives.
• Familiarity with establishing rules and conditional logic to customize journeys based on customer attributes and behaviors across push, in-app, web, and email channels.
• Strong implementation coordination and communication skills.
• Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, data streams, and AEM.
• Knowledge or experience with external system and API integrations.
• Advocate for process and solution improvements.
• Proven ability to partner and work effectively across business and technology teams.
