Job summary
The Office Coordinator performs routine but varied clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures.Clerical duties include accounts payable/receivable, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook as well as data entry filing answering phones and greeting customers Strong customer service skills are required. Applies knowledge of department policies and procedures and utilizes a general understanding of other departments functions Maintains records prepares forms verifies information resolves routine problems while paying strict attention to detail Refers questions problems to higher levels The Office Coordinator must have the ability to multi task in this fast environment work unsupervised be very self-motivated
