As a Safety Alert Specialist you will be critical player in delivering on our promise "Safety is Everything" and help us achieve this goal by monitoring high priority alert queue of potential safety issues quickly handling outbound calls and SMS recognizing potential safety issues determining safest outcome for all users accurately documenting incidents to ensure full details are captured maintaining adherence to HopSkipDrive policies processes acting as mentor less tenured Specialists contributing positive team culture assisting InRide/Lateness support volume as needed using CRM Zendesk logging phone calls chats SMS conversations multitasking several apps software programs handling daily tasks recognizing reporting trends issues complaints scheduling.
