    Overview

    We are seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join our Workforce Security Data Loss Prevention (DLP) team. This team is responsible for securing and protecting the Intuit Ecosystem, as the industry transforms with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

    The ideal candidate will be part of a motivated and creative security engineering team that is passionate about solving complex security problems through technology.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement Data Loss Protection capabilities for complex security use cases
    • Identify bad actor threat behaviors and prevent/reduce malicious behavior within Intuit platforms ecosystem
    • Work on the forefront of using and securing AI technology
    • Understand and identify security risks and apply strong engineering skills to implement end-to-end solutions

    What You'll Bring:

    • BS/MS in Computer Science or related area, or equivalent relevant experience
    • 6+ years of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) & Privilege Elevation Security Experience
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative mindset
    • Experience with using and securing ML/AI is a strong plus
    • Strong experience with industry Security Products (Netskope, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, CyberArk) with Python, JSON, Jira skills, and AWS
    • Strong experience with deploying and managing DLP security products
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong DevOps and SecOp Experience
    • Experience with various Software Development Lifecycle Process (Agile Development, SCRUM methodologies)

    How You Will Lead:

    • Partner with stakeholders to understand security risk and collaborate on design, development, deployment, and supporting complex end-to-end security capabilities
    • Work on significant initiatives that are broad in scope and complexity, may cross several functional and organizational boundaries, and cover a wide range of issues
    • Evaluate, influence, and recommend technology and product direction, leveraging AI/ML to accelerate velocity to secure the enterprise
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest GenAI security threats/usage and trends through continuous research and professional development
    • Monitor and analyze GenAI security data and detect worker behavior patterns, facilitating implemented policies to prevent suspicious activities
    • Contribute to the design and architecture of projects, creating and maintaining technical documentation, technical specifications, and test plans
    • Develops, deploys, and operates security controls from endpoint agents, security policies, and downstream feeds/reporting
    • Keep up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends, applying innovative solutions to solve customer problems
    • Develop a culture of innovation on the team and encourage exploring new ideas

    We offer a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $163,500 - 221,000, Southern California $155,500 - 210,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
