    We are DISH.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior Development Manager of our E-commerce software development teams, you will be responsible for the applications that our customers use to transact with several of DISHs wireless brands.

    As we build out new brands, you will have the opportunity to build a team that develops and maintains the brand websites and e-commerce solutions utilizing the Adobe stack of technologies.


    Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

    CommerceDevelop e-commerce capabilities using the chosen vendor web platform toolsIntegrate modern website and commerce solutions that give visibility into the business operationsSupport direct sales to consumers on webProvide integration points for mobile clients to sell product and servicesOverallBuild a team of talent that can deliver quickly and accuratelyMentor team members to advance both technical capabilities and career developmentManage vendor relationships and resources to build and maintain platformsManage tight deadlines on complex deliverables to meet business needsEscalate issues appropriately with clear and concise root cause analysis and remediation recommendationsPresent project timelines, objectives, and progress to executive managementBrand presenceCreate the site to support the marketing, ad placement, and optimize conversionSupport marketing initiativeWork closely with marketing based design firm for site capabilities and experienceDevelop a platform that allows for rapid change to site by the marketing/content teamThese applications will be developed both with teams that report through this position and with centers of enablement external to the team.

    A successful candidate will be able to help ensure both the success of delivery and the growth of the overall capability in the larger organization.

    Skills, Experience and Requirements6+ years of experience leading and managing high performing teams, managing complex system requirements, with a track record of successfully recruiting and developing talentExpertise in managing software development teams specializing in content management systems and E-commerce platforms (i.e Drupal, Shopify, AEM, Wordpress)

    Prefer candidates with knowledge of the Adobe suite of technologies:
    Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento), Adobe TargetUnderstanding of e-commerce optimization and analyticsExperience with vendor management#LI-CH2#DICE#DICE_CHO

    Salary Range Compensation:
