    We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Office Representative to create a welcoming environment and ensure efficient operations at our front office.

    About the Role

    The Front Office Representative will be responsible for managing administrative duties, including:

    • Greeting visitors in a professional manner
    • Answering and directing phone calls
    • Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining calendars
    • Performing data entry and maintaining organized records and files
    • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    • Assisting with administrative tasks and supporting other departments as needed
    • Resolving visitor and client inquiries in a timely and effective manner

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • Proven experience in a front office or customer service role
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
    • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
    • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
    • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or customer service representative are a plus
