ResponsibilitiesDevelop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standardsIdentify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive actionPerform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findingsBuild a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluationsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Quality ManagementManagement experienceISO 9001 standards experience5+ years' relevant work experienceHighly organized with excellent attention to detail
