    As a Lead Montessori Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following the Montessori pedagogy, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress.

    Starting Pay:
    Hourly pay rate: $34.00 to $38.00 , depending on education and experience.

    Are You Qualified?If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:


    Must have MACTE accredited Montessori 3-6 training (or be in training with a projected graduation date)2 plus years in a Montessori classroom either as a lead or assistant guide12 ECE credits and teacher qualified in the State of California.

    Current background check Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.

    Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.

    The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
