    Description
    We are seeking a talented and experienced RF/MMWave Packaging Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, simulating, and validating advanced RF/mmWave packaging and module solutions.

    You will collaborate closely with OSAT vendors for manufacturing coordination, while also leading the design and validation of Integrated Passive Devices (IPD) and interfacing with foundries for tapeout.


    Responsibilities:
    Design, simulate, and validate advanced RF/mmWave packaging/module solutions.
    Collaborate with OSAT vendors for manufacturing coordination.
    Design, simulate, and validate Integrated Passive Devices (IPD) and liaise with foundries for tapeout.
    Develop PCB schematics, layouts, and perform circuit and 3D electromagnetic (EM) simulations.
    Perform RF lab debug, tuning, and optimization for performance validation.


    Minimum Qualifications:
    3+ years of experience in developing RF/mmWave packages and IPD design.
    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related engineering discipline.
    In-depth knowledge of electromagnetics, RF filters, Power Amplifier (PA) and Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) design.
    Experience with foundry tapeout processes and working with OSAT vendors.
    Proficiency in RF schematics, layouts, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
    Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment, including probe stations for device characterization, debug, and system validation.

    Experience using circuit, EM, and thermal simulation tools (e.g., Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS/Momentum, Cadence Allegro, Cadence Virtuoso, Ansys Icepak, Flotherm).

    Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on advanced packaging or RFIC/mmWave design.
    5+ years of relevant industry experience in RF design.
    Familiarity with RF system design principles.
    Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FCC, CE, etc.).
