    Our company is seeking a Permanent Lead Financial Analyst to join our team.

    The Lead Financial Analyst will be responsible for managing a team of financial analysts, overseeing financial planning and strategy, and providing insightful financial analysis to guide our company's decision-making process.

    As a Permanent Lead Financial Analyst, you will: 1.

    Lead and manage a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and ethical behavior.

    2.

    Oversee the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring their alignment with our strategic objectives.

    3.

    Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling, to provide insightful recommendations to senior management.

    4.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify financial implications, and provide financial guidance.

    5.

    Monitor and report on key financial metrics, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.

    6.

    Develop and implement effective financial management strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

    7.

    Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring our financial practices comply with applicable laws and standards.

    8.

    Participate in special projects, ad hoc analyses, and initiatives as required.

    Qualifications:
    To be considered for the Permanent Lead Financial Analyst position, you must have: 1.

    A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

    A Master's degree or professional certification (such as CFA, CPA) is highly desirable.

    2.

    A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

    3.

    Proven experience in leading and developing teams.

    4.

    Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.

    5.

    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    6.

    High proficiency in financial software applications, databases, and spreadsheets.

    7.

    Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.

    8.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

    9.

    Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    10.

    High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
