- Support the clinical development team in managing studies, including planning, execution, and closeout of outsourced clinical trials
- Aid the Clinical Project Manager in site management activities, such as reviewing monitoring reports and communicating with monitors and sites
- Work closely with project managers to prepare documentation for trials in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist in creating and distributing study materials to key stakeholders and vendors
- Organize study files, track and report study progress, and ensure up-to-date documentation for all sites
- Help plan and support investigator's meetings
- Assist with invoice and budget activities
- Bachelor's degree in a science or healthcare-related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical studies at a pharmaceutical, biotech company, or CRO
- Knowledge of ICH GCP regulations and clinical protocols
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with a sense of urgency
