    Digital Enterprise Architect Leader with S/4 HANA Experience in the Aerospace Domain Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Digital Enterprise Architect Leader with a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA and knowledge in the aerospace domain.

    The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, architecting enterprise solutions, and driving innovation within large, complex organizations.

    This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide vision and thought leadership, work closely with business stakeholders, and lead our customer organization through the next phase of digital evolution.


    Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership:
    Provide vision and thought leadership to define and execute the technology strategy, focusing on leveraging SAP S/4 HANA capabilities to meet business objectives within the aerospace domain


    Enterprise Architecture Development:
    Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital enterprise architecture plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and integration across all domains (business, application, data, new SAP technologies, testing and security) and contribute to the development of project and data delivery platforms with reusable components across teams that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different businesses


    Innovation and Transformation:
    Champion digital innovation and transformation projects, identifying opportunities for leveraging new technologies and digital solutions to drive business value


    Stakeholder Engagement:
    Work closely with product, process owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure technology strategies and solutions meet business needs and deliver expected outcomes


    Team Leadership:
    Lead and mentor a team of architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement


    Project Management:
    Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality


    Customer Management:
    Collaborate with customers and SAP product vendor to ensure technology solutions are effectively integrated and deliver maximum value to the organization, maintain a strong presence at customer sites, actively engaging with clients and immersing in their environment and Uphold impeccable standards of professionalism and ethics in all client interactions and business dealings


    Qualifications Experience:

    Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including significant leadership roles in digital transformation and enterprise architecture within the aerospace sector.

    Extensive experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations, upgrades, and migrations is essential.


    Education:
    bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degrees and professional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA, TOGAF, ITIL) are highly desirable.


    Domain Knowledge:
    Deep understanding of the aerospace industry, including engineering fundamentals, processes, standards, and regulatory requirements


    Technical Skills:

    Profound knowledge of SAP ECC/S4 HANA suite of products, cross functional integration points, and experience in a heavily customized environment.

    Strong technical skills in areas such as SAP Fiori UX, BTP, Datasphere ,Ariba, IBP and SAP Master Data Governance Stay abreast of emerging technologies and market trends, continuously enhancing expertise and relevance.


    Leadership Skills:

    Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high performing teams, engage with senior executives and stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives.

    Inspire and motivate team members towards shared goals, demonstrating strong leadership skills.


    Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non technical audiences.
