    Responsibilities

    Responsible for managing tax and accounting assignments

    Delivering a high quality of services

    Review and file Individual and Business Tax Returns.

    Manage multiple concurrent engagements

    Outstanding accounting and tax skills; focus on high quality with attention to detail

    Conduct tax research and provide effective solutions for clients and team members.

    Demonstrate leadership skills to manage a growing team

    Provide timely, high-quality client service that exceeds client expectations

    Anticipate and address client concerns and issues as they arise; identify performance improvement opportunities

    Develop others through mentoring, training and advising on career development or participating in other Firm initiatives

    Develop a plan to utilize external relationships with different types of Centers of Influence to effectuate business growth

    Subscribe to and actively read industry publications and share relevant information with clients as considered applicable

    Ensure professional development through ongoing education

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all tax related decisions and activities in the organization. You will help us stay tax-compliant and up-to-date on new tax laws.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance

    5+ years' of experience of professional tax experience


    CPA
    Strong communication and analytical skills

    Excellent team and project management skills

    Extensive knowledge of tax legislation.
