Principal MMIC Design Engineer
Job Description:
Design RF SOI MMICs that comply with initial specifications, thorough simulations, managing the project to validation, supporting the manufacturing release and qualification.
Qualifications:
Deep knowledge of CMOS analog and RF SOI design techniques.
Demonstrated design successes in high power SOI switch designs.
Competent to design the following circuit blocks in Cadence: bandgap reference, LDO, charge pumps, level shifters and I/O buffers.
Familiarity with CMOS, RF SOI, and/or SiGe processes.
Expert knowledge of FEM simulations using HFSS or ADS.
M.S. plus 10 years of design experience
Ph.
D. plus 5 years of design experience
