We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our fast-paced legal team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocating for clients who have suffered personal injuries and committed to providing them with high-quality legal representation.

This position requires a deep understanding of personal injury law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Represent clients who have suffered personal injuries in legal proceedings.
Draft and file legal documents necessary for personal injury cases, including complaints, pleadings, and motions.
Conduct and defend depositions, interrogatories, and document production requests.
Collaborate with legal staff to manage case schedules, deadlines, and documentation.
Stay updated on current legislation and case law related to personal injury.
Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Proven litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law.
Excellent legal writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
