Job Description.
Work with the data science team to build visualization applications using ArcGIS and Power BI platforms and build internal applications using the

PowerApps/Powerautomate

platform.

Building digital twins of the roadway infrastructure to bring the data, computing, visualization together.

Core responsibilities.
Gain broad understanding of the client's innovation framework.
Use the innovative/latest tools and best practices to build applications using the Power Platform and ArcGIS
Follow all applicable industry and client's standards, processes, and Protocols.
Engage multiple customers and develop applications to meet their needs.
manage stakeholder communications and expectations.

KSA:
Process mapping experience,
Code Documentation,
Writing Requirements/Scope documents,
Writing use-cases,
using architectural artifacts
interpreting solution architectures
Excellent written and oral communication
Customer focused collaboration
Ability to travel around the state as needed.
Minimum of three days in the office to work with the rest of the team.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years programming experience in a high-level compiled language such as C#, C++, Java
Minimum of 5 years' experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python
Minimum of 2 years' experience with Microsoft Power Platform to include PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SharePoint and Dataverse. (Hard Requirement)
Minimum of 5 years' experience using GIS for creating dynamic mapping applications and processing real-time location data.
Minimum of 5 years' experience using RESTFul APIS

Other Software Knowledge:
Visio, Visual Studio Code/Visual Studio Community Edition, SQL Server, Azure Datalakes and Warehouse, Oracle, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Experiences
