Description

Job Title: Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Technicians Wanted

We are seeking experienced Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Technicians to join our team at Bay Climate Control and Refrigeration in Gulf Shores. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Diagnose system issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Communicate with clients to address concerns and provide recommendations.
Complete service reports accurately and timely.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration.
Proficient knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, components, and diagnostic tools.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Must have tools of the trade.
