    Delta is ushering in a new era of customer experience value in Inflight Entertainment & Connectivity (IFEC) through our Connected Cabin strategy. This highly strategic and visible team was formed in 2021 with the vision of creating a one-of-a-kind onboard travel journey by providing highly engaging digital products and experiences to our flyers – most notably, our Delta Sync products. Within the Delta Sync ecosystem, Delta has entered into strategic relationships with a number of industry leading brands such as T-Mobile and Paramount+ to capture a unique value opportunity and is expecting to grow both existing and new partnerships.

    The PM - Connected Cabin Partner Management is primarily responsible for ensuring that Delta's most strategic IFEC partners are capturing their full value potential. To successfully do so, this individual will have ownership over the day-to-day relationship to ensure the cross-functional Delta team is progressing in the partner roadmap as expected. While the Manager may not be leading each workstream, this individual should know where all related workstreams stand, and should provide trusted and strategic guidance to ensure all teams are working towards the appropriate overarching goals.

    The success of this team's efforts will be measured by the value realized by our partners: Quantitatively, partners expect to receive quality engagement opportunities with our customers that ultimately result in new customer acquisitions – this can be measured in a variety of metrics such as take rates, trials, dwell time, return visits, etc. Qualitatively, this team's responsibility is to ensure that our partners enjoy a Welcoming, Caring, and Elevated experience while working with the Delta brand.

    This individual will represent the partner as Delta's internal ambassador, and as such will use compelling influence and a problem-solving approach throughout the enterprise to reach high impact solutions.

    Primary Functions:

    • Lead internal partner development workstreams, overseeing the lanes of work from owners in product, tech, commercial, marketing, loyalty, and other development teams
    • Operate day-to-day external relationship with the key partner relationship leads, using tact and problem solving to ensure needs are all addressed swiftly and with positive outcomes
    • Assist in the development of the near- and long-term partner development strategy for each core partner, outlining the overarching enterprise roadmap which encompasses
    • Develop and manage effective cross-functional meetings and processes to inform, educate and enroll various functional groups to support partner needs as applicable
    • Organize and facilitate weekly team update meetings, monthly partner reviews, and external quarterly business reviews
    • Monitor performance of end-to-end partner health to continuously identify improvement opportunities
