    Salary Range: $21 - $25.50

    Job Summary


    As a Nursing Assistant (NA), you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, resident-centered care in our long-term care facility. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Delivering personalized nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
    • Understanding and addressing the physical and psychological needs of residents as outlined in their care plans.
    • Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
    • Monitoring vital signs and documenting resident interactions and care outcomes.
    • Facilitating a positive dining experience by assisting residents with meals and snacks.
    • Supporting residents with mobility, including transferring and repositioning using proper techniques.
    • Participating in wellness and recreational programs to encourage resident engagement.
    • Maintaining cleanliness in living areas through housekeeping and laundry services.

    Qualifications


    We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

    • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
    • Minimum age of 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care is a plus.
    • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required, or must be enrolled in a training program to obtain certification within four months of hire.
    • Completion of yearly competency testing and maintenance of continuing education credits (minimum of 12 hours annually).
    • For applicable states, certification with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry.
    • Possession of a valid driver's license may be required, depending on responsibilities.
