    **Compensation:**

    Our competitive pay range for this role is $18-$25 per hour. The position would be temp-to-perm, up to 5 or even 6-7 hours per day depending on work-flow.

    **Responsibilities:**

    As our Tech-Savvy Executive Assistant, you'll play a vital role in our firm's operations, managing a variety of tasks that are typical in a corporate setting:

    Efficiently handle incoming calls for the Owner, manage voicemails, and relay messages.

    Proactively manage the Owner's calendar, appointments, and emails, using technology to streamline the process

    Relay messages and faxes to the appropriate team members, fostering seamless communication.

    Schedule and confirm meetings, ensuring the Owner's calendar runs smoothly.

    Review incoming mail, occasionally visiting Fed-Ex for essential tasks.

    Take detailed meeting notes and help track projects and tasks.

    Manage mailings, including shipping items and organizing mail-related responsibilities.

    Assist with check deposits as needed, maintaining financial efficiency.

    Scan, upload, and maintain virtual document filing systems, harnessing technology to stay organized.

    Reserve meeting spaces and prepare for onsite meetings for our legal staff or client meetings.

    Seamlessly manage travel plans and booking arrangements when required.

    Prepare reports, spreadsheets and gather data for Owner's review.

    Embrace other duties as assigned, contributing to our office's efficient operation.

    **Qualifications/Requirements:**

    High school diploma or equivalent; a related degree is a plus, and a paralegal certificate is even better.

    Proven experience in an administrative or Executive Assistant role, with a preference for experience in a legal setting.

    Strong organizational and time management skills, with a knack for utilizing technology to enhance productivity.

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective digital correspondence.

    Proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Office, and an openness to learning legal case management software.

    Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
