    Traveling Superintendent - Multifamily Construction Job Type: Full-Time

    As a Traveling Superintendent , you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the on-site construction activities of multifamily projects from start to finish.

    Working closely with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multifamily construction, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and excellence.

    Traveling Superintendent - Multifamily Construction Key Responsibilities:

    Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities for multifamily
    Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
    Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
    Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
    Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules.
    Maintain accurate and detailed daily reports on project activities.
    Ensure projects are completed to the highest quality standards and within budget.
    Traveling Superintendent - Multifamily Construction Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a Construction Lead Superintendent in multifamily construction.
    Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
    Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
    Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
