    Description
    Overview We are seeking highly motivated individuals to work on a team providing cost estimating and earned value analysis for our Government clients
    Successful candidates will have excellent communication, quantitative, research, and analytical skills in addition to the following Responsibilities


    • Performs a variety of analytical tasks in support of Major US Government Acquisition programs.
    • Provides technical and operational leadership to assigned project or task deliverables.
    • Writes and updates Estimate documentation including inflation assumptions, risk and uncertainty, work breakdown structures, and base year and then year results.
    • Monitors and updates cost performance against plans to ensure that cost and schedule objectives are met.
    • Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure information is exchanged.
    • Participates in training and site visits
    Documents actions and findings at integrated product team meeting.


    • Could be required to learn and incorporate data analytic tools into recurring analysis (R, Python, JMP).
    • Could be required to support customers at local sites
    Skills Required We are seeking highly motivated individuals to work on a team providing cost estimating and earned value analysis for our Government clients
    Successful candidates will have excellent communication, quantitative, research, and analytical skills in addition to the following:


    • Secret Clearance a plus, individuals will be required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
    • Pricing and BOE development, cost analysis/cost estimating experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
    • Ability to produce high quality and accurate products.
    • Possession of excellent organizational skills.
    • Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Bachelor's degree required
    Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
