Job summary
SRC Inc is seeking a Subcontract Administrator to draft and administer subcontracts in accordance with company policies government regulations contractual obligations and customer requirements.The candidate will be responsible for soliciting negotiating drafting and awarding cost-reimbursement time-and-material firm-fixed-price subcontracts managing monitoring subcontractor performance for the life of the subcontract determining applicable contract clauses to be incorporated into solicitation and subcontract documents assisting in developing statements of work subcontractor performance requirements and other special terms evaluating bids or proposals for compliance with specifications terms conditions statements of work and applicable flowdowns performing price analyses cost analyses fact-finds audits of subcontractor proposals as required preparing subcontract close-out packages preparing organizing maintaining routine correspondence and subcontract documentation supporting the Contracts Department by providing necessary input for SRC s proposals communicating with internal external stakeholders pertaining to subcontracts assisting in the maintenance of SRC procurement procedures reviewing negotiating subcontract terms conditions assisting in supporting internal external audits providing insight leadership program meetings anticipating resolving problems ensuring cross-functional cooperation meet all program needs
- Bachelor Business Administration technical related field
- 2+ years experience purchasing contracts legal position
