An ultra-high frequency prop trading firm is looking to hire the top 5% of C++ software engineering graduates to join their technology team.

In this position, you will help build a systematic trading business. You will be using C++20/23 daily, using the most cutting-edge/advanced tech. You will develop production systems for alpha generation, trading, and portfolio management. You will team up with quant researchers to directly improve the performance of models and futures trading strategy.

Requirements:
C++ software engineering experience
Coding from a young age (prior to university)
Top Ivy League education, including top GPA scores (3.75 upward)
Top-level achievements/awards including Olympiad medals, scholarships, hackathons etc
Internships
Clear motivation to join a small trading firm
