Feed Mill LaborerAt Pilgrim s,Safety Is A Condition, which means the safety of our team members comes first - always.

We have implemented safety measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We are working to ensure social distancing within our facility. We have installed physical barriers throughout our facility such asplexi-glass or plastic barriers between team member work stations. Each day,temperature screens are performed for each employee and visitor before entering the facility.

Face coverings are provided and required over the mouth and nose at all times when inside the facility, and enhancedcleaning and sanitation is regularly performed.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The person in this position is responsible for unloading incoming trucks and keeping back dock and other area clean as required.

Unloading all incoming trucks, railcars, and some bag ingredient trucksKeep back dock area clean and other areas if neededGrease and oil equipmentDaily inventory of ingredient binsDumping bag ingredients into micro bins as neededWill be required to use a sledge hammerMust be able to climb stairs, walk on rough ground and concreteMust not be afraid of heightsMust be able to squat, bend, kneel and reachWill be exposed to varying temperatures and humidityMust obey all USDA, HACCP and PLANT rules and regulations including safety.
