Join the team at Hilton Grand Vacations on the Boulevard as a Maintenance Engineer and be a part of one of the most outstanding and family-inspired Las Vegas timeshare resorts.
Located on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip, our 1228-room resort includes large multi-bedroom suites and a spectacular design.
Responsibilities Include:
Interacts with guests in regard to engineering problem resolution.
Basic appliance fixing and repair, air-conditioning controls' problem solving and repair.
Intermediate skills in drywall, painting/staining, and wall vinyl repairs.
Fix plumbing fixtures including drain cleaning, changing filters, etc.
Maintain all guestroom and public space equipment replace caulk.
Tile/Grout Door repair to include locking mechanisms and hinges.
Inspects rooms for pest intrusion Inspects and replaces cosmetic appliance components.
Replace light bulbs and ballasts Repair closet/drapery tracks.
Implement planned scheduled preventative maintenance Replaces faulty plumbing components.
Other duties as assigned by your leader.

Qualifications
What are we looking for?
5 years related experience.
Proven mechanical and maintenance experience.
Knowledge of plumbing and HVAC equipment.
Ability to follow basic written and verbal directions, climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, grasp, stoop, and reach overhead.
