Unit ManagerDuties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing care for residents on your unit.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to nursing staff.
- Monitor residents' health, address concerns, and communicate with families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and oversee quality assurance.
Unit Manager Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best nursing practices.
