    Reporting to theDirector of Nursing – Long-Term Care & Geriatric Center , you'll serve as a clinical leader, mentor, and resource—championing safe, age-appropriate, person-centered care while fostering a positive, engaged team culture.

    The Unit You'll LeadHall 1 – Subacute / Skilled Nursing & RehabA fast-paced environment caring for patients recovering from surgery, stroke, cardiac events, and complex medical conditions, including high-volume wound care and ambulatory rehab.
