    This role is responsible for facilitating new hire orientations, reviewing and approving documentation, providing training support, and assisting with recruitment and compliance tasks.

    • Facilitate large group new hire orientations to complete the onboarding process within a median time to hire.
    • Review and approve all required documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy before the first day of work.
    • Provide training support to new employees.
