- Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
- Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
- Clear background check and personal transportation.
- Minimum 45-day evaluation period prior to advancement.

RAMOS is seeking a dynamic leader to join their team, someone who is driven by passion and purpose. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are at the forefront of our field. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing our current base of 2,000 business clients, as well as expanding our network by seeking out new opportunities through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team in executing these tasks efficiently. Over time, you will progress to the role of Agency Director as you master our processes and systems.
This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, on average.
