Responsibilities
- Proactively greet customers and follow 10/4 Rule
- Answer customer questions and/or complaints completely and courteously,
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the building including floors floors dust mopping sweeping damp mopping emptying waste receptacles answering service calls monitoring restrooms wiping surfaces collecting trash recyclables compost cleaning exteriors windows vacuuming carpeted offices conference rooms checking floor mats clean laundry area assisting scheduled cleaning projects floor maintenance complete assigned projectinterval cleaning such as deep cleaning overhead lights chandelier burnishing restorative work based on knowledge proper training use auto scrubber polish floors slow speed floor machine basic equipment maintenance remove replace squeegee blades change floor pads clean exterior machine monitor maintain outdoor areas pick up trash sweep dumpster areas hose down power wash soiled areas maintain clean exterior building spray power wash wipe siding Plexiglas areas assist removal snow sidewalks place ice melter walkways lawn care grounds maintenance include lawn mowing trimming raking bulk herb spice counter organize bags twist ties PLU pencils paper night shift wash scoops replace bulk tables scales organize bags twist ties PLU pencils paper wipe down oil honey shelves spigots spill trays lowest shelf granola bins nut butter utensils window ledge food walls trash can covers dirty dishes kitchen steward notify kitchen steward supply shortages napkins cutlery water straighten community book shelves miscellaneous night manager potential maintenance problems sweep mop Community Room teaching kitchen monitor outdoor café secure furniture 9PM
