    Description

    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee job estimations by reviewing project drawings and specifications, conducting material take offs, and determining pricing.
    • Prepare and review comprehensive proposals, attend project pre-bid meetings, and participate in project qualification presentations.
    • Track historical cost data for future decision-making.
    • Ensure customer expectations are met and handle any arising issues.
    • Perform monthly billing procedures for all contracts and time and material projects.
    • Collaborate with State and Federal Health and Safety Agencies to ensure project compliance.

    Qualifications:

    • 5-10 years' experience as a project manager.
    • Proficiency in project management software preferred.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to strategize for effective solutions.
    • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and schedules.
    • Capability to establish strong relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.
