DMI LLC is seeking an Enterprise Operations Center Specialist Lead to join us Role Summary The Enterprise Operations Center Specialist Lead provides technical management leadership for the Enterprise Operations Center supervising operations ensuring timely problem resolution through established processes This leadership role serves as the focal point for all operational concerns establishes goals plans coordinates documentation reviews updates ensures staff training manages multi-shift operations supporting enterprise operations monitoring requirements Key Responsibilities Provide technical management leadership for enterprise operations tasks technology assignments Supervise operations within the Enterprise Operations Center EOC Serve as focal point for operational concerns establish goals plans meet operational objectives Ensure timely processes problem control identification research escalation Coordinate review update documentation used by EOC staff Ensure all members staff trained procedures tools Manage multi-shift staffing model operations Lead root cause analysis operational issues Interface senior management operational status issues Drive continuous improvement initiatives EOC operatio
