The Stanford Center for Precision Mental Health (PMH) within the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences is focused on developing precision medicine approaches for mental health spanning mood, anxiety and attention disorders.
+Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience and skills with coordinating and executing human subject studies applied in mental health from initiation to close out i.e overseeing IRB submission implementing protocols developing and implementing recruitment scheduling strategies training junior personnel acquiring multiple types of data reporting recruitment milestones coordinating project meetings ensuring compliance coordinated study databases contributing to study reports aligning project activities with study budgets managing project meetings interactions investigators
- Society Clinical Research Associates Association Clinical Research Professionals certification preferred
- Bachelor s degree related field five more years directly relevant experience managing clinical research programs behavioral health span both clinical objective assessments
- Knowledge medical terminology minimum disease knowledge/study design experience studies purview
- Strong interpersonal diplomacy skills proficiency Microsoft Office database applications i.e REDCap Cloud EPIC Experience research protocols regulatory governing bodies include HIPAA FDA regulations Institutional Review Board requirements Good Clinical Practices
- Minimum five years demonstrated managerial program coordination experience demonstrated disease knowledge/study design experience studies purview Strong interpersonal diplomacy skills proficiency Microsoft Office database applications i.e REDCap Cloud EPIC Experience research protocols regulatory governing bodies include HIPAA FDA regulations Institutional Review Board requirements Good Clinical Practices
