    The Role
    As an

    TETER, you will play a pivotal role in leading small to medium architecture projects from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels, fostering effective teamwork, efficient communication, and strong client relationships.

    What You'll Do
    Foster a collaborative working relationship with the Project Leadership Team and maintain a positive work environment.
    Lead multiple project teams, by directing work, providing feedback, and managing performance.
    Ensure adherence to

    TETER's

    document standards and project management best practices.
    Develop project scope, fee, budget, and schedule during the proposal and contract development process.
    Manage project financials, monitor project scope, and address variances to ensure projects stay within defined boundaries.
    Effectively plan, organize, and manage projects while maintaining ongoing communication with the project team and stakeholders.
    Nurture client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing critical matters.
    Identify new business opportunities and participate in marketing and business development activities.
    Your Qualifications
    Level I: 3-5 years of architectural project management experience; Level II: 5-8 years.

    Must have experience managing

    architectural/building

    design projects.

    Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field, or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related job experience.

    Registered Architect in the State of California preferred or ability to obtain license within 12 months of hire strongly preferred.

    Thorough understanding of project work plans, schedules, staffing, and budgets.
    Strong knowledge of architectural design, sustainability, and LEED guidelines.
    Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office, and basic REVIT and/or AutoCAD.
    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff at all levels.
    Compensation & Benefits
    The expected annual salary for this role

    TETER's

    Visalia office is $93,000-$133,000 (must be willing to work in-office 50% of each week).

    Actual pay will be determined based on license, experience, qualifications, geographic location, business needs, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
