Job summary
We are seeking an extraordinary Client Service Coordinator to join our team at BluePearl Pet Hospital. As the first point of contact for clients, you will ensure that each client receives the care and attention they need. You will be responsible for greeting and making friendly eye contact with every client who enters the hospital.
Responsibilities
- Greet and make friendly eye contact with every client who enters the hospital.
- You will assess immediately upon arrival each client's rare need as well as the pet's general condition.
- You respond to non-patient calls or visitors and connect them to the appropriate team member.
