    JOB OPENING: Bookkeeper at South Texas Renal Care Group


    If numbers are your thing, we have the perfect role for you at South Texas Renal Care Group. As a Bookkeeper, you'll be diving into the world of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities. Your main partner in crime will be a third-party CPA firm, and you'll be reporting directly to the CFO.


    General Overview:

    As a Bookkeeper, you'll be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, from data entry in Oracle NetSuite to information analysis and bank reconciliations.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monthly account reconciliations, including digging into the General Ledger
    • Assisting in preparing both standard and special management reports
    • Handling all Accounts Payable tasks
    • Getting your hands dirty with some exciting special projects

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated expertise in accounting
    • Strong analytical and interpretation abilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills using the power of Word and Excel
    • Effective planning, organizational, and time management skills
    • Paying meticulous attention to detail
    • Thriving in problem-solving scenarios
    • A team player through and through
    • Impressive interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in various computer applications
    • A master in maintaining confidentiality

    Experience and Requirements:

    • At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
    • Previous exposure to Oracle NetSuite is a bonus
    • Located in San Antonio, Texas
    • Hold a Bachelor's Degree with a major/concentration in Finance/Accounting
    • Past experience in healthcare accounting is a plus
