Job summary
The Warehouse Trainer directs and facilitates training for employees both temporary, newly hired full-time,new to a department or in need of recertification,
and for employees requiring help to improve their performance.
The Trainer communicates with trainees,
teaching and explaining Mattel's values,
training procedures product handling techniques documentation/customer service requirements and safety guidelines which are all vital in our distribution center.
