    The ideal candidate combines strategic foresight with entrepreneurial drive, possesses expert-level understanding of laboratory operations (BSL2 and BSL3), commercialization pathways, artificial intelligence technologies, and applications. They excel at leading complex projects with measurable outcomes across interdisciplinary teams.
