    We are looking for RBTS to work this Summer with the opportunity to continue working after the Summer if desired.

    Success On The Spectrum (SOS) in Coppell, TX is looking for playful, high-energy employees seeking full-time employment during the Summer.     What makes us different:

    SOS will increase your ABA knowledge through our weekly team training and quarterly in-service training days. SOS will pay for you to maintain your CPR certification as well as your QBS Safety Care Certification. We also offer several side certification programs through the CR Institute platform.
    Most RBTs at SOS work full-time. Your pay is not affected by client cancellations. Within the center, teams will rotate clients every minutes. SOS offers full-time employees 2 weeks of PTO per year and unlimited non-paid time off.
    Success On The Spectrum is a national ABA therapy franchise that teaches valuable life skills to children with Autism. Our model combines the most effective methods of Applied Behavior Analysis science with play-based learning. We use mostly NET and promote generalization with frequent field trips. Our goal is to help them grow into productive and fulfilled adults, ultimately increasing their overall quality of life.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    • Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:15pm.
    • Must agree to two times per week to work in the client's home 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm or after hours in-center 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm (schedule may change on these days but will be communicated in advance).
    • Client material creation and preparation.
    • Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA.
    • Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games).
    • Record client data into Central Reach program.
    • Convert appointments into billing.
    • Write detailed SOAP notes.
    • Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA.
    • Cleaning duties.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
    • No criminal background.
