Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish
- Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedure.
- Operate cash register systems efficiently, processing customer transactions accurately and providing friendly service
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas to uphold health standards
- Support catering orders and special event setups as needed, ensuring timely delivery of quality meals
- Serve guests with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable
- Proven culinary experience with strong food preparation and cooking skills, including knife handling and meal assembly
- Background in fine dining or restaurant environments demonstrates attention to detail and high standards of service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is essential.
