- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the residential facility, ensuring maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
- Guarantee compliance with regulatory standards and licensing requirements in developmental disabilities services.
- Collaborate with external service providers, healthcare professionals, and community resources to meet residents' diverse needs.
- Recruit, train, and oversee direct support staff to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Offer continuous guidance, support, and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Promote a positive work culture centered on teamwork, communication, and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate and updated records, documentation, and reports concerning resident care, incidents, and program activities.
- Assess and enhance the effectiveness of interventions, services, and support plans, making necessary adjustments.
- Regularly communicate with administrative staff, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to provide progress updates on residents and program outcomes.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including supervisory or managerial roles.
- Thorough understanding of developmental disabilities services, best practices, and person-centered approaches.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders such as residents, families, staff, and community partners.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and resident requirements.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

We are currently looking for a Resident Manager (Live-In Caregiver) to join our team at an Adult Foster Home in Oregon. The Resident Manager will have a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and care of our residents. This position involves living on-site, working 4 consecutive days, followed by 3 days off.
