- Managing a team of junior designers
- Consulting with stakeholders to understand business goals.
- Planning and conducting user research, as well as explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Developing user models and scenarios
- Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
- Creating and iterating on prototypes
- Conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to improve the user experience.
- Assisting with content development
- Supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human-computer interaction or design related field
- Five or more years working as a user experience specialist.
- Additional years of experience may substitute for a non-design-related degree.
- Experience with user research, user modeling, and usability testing.
- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
