Job summary
We are excited to invite candidates with outstanding interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude and passion to serve others to apply for our Full-Time PM Restaurant Supervisor at our restaurant.The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for supervising training inspecting the performance of Hemingway's Restaurant staff ensuring that all service standards are being met assist where necessary to ensure optimum service so that guests' needs are met.
- Maintain through knowledge of the Food and Beverage operations including food beverages supervisory aspects service techniques guest interactions.
- Maintain complete knowledge of table seat station numbers room capacity hours of operation proper table set-up dress code of the restaurant.
- Be familiar with all menu items prices preparation method time major ingredients quality standards taste appearance texture serving temperature portion control garnish method of preparation.
